The Mighty Boosh-the power of the crimp

Hilarious! Genius!

I'm now thinking of convincing Faye to add some crimping to the next Spooncurve album.

It's an outrage.

The Mighty Boosh-journey to the centre of the punk

I love The Mighty Boosh, and consider it one of the most creative and avant garde comedy shows  on T.V...but something didn't feel right about the last episode, as though too much time was spent on the main theme and less on the little details and subtle referances that make the show tick.

The first episode in the series "Eels" was another triumph, so I'm hoping that the guys genius hasn't run dry just yet.

hvarf-heim

Finished playing through the new Sigur Ros album a couple of times.

A little darker than previous albums in places, and yet some tracks are more accessable to a wider audience, perhaps. Beautiful film and package, also.

It's brilliant, and in my opinion the best album of the year so far {with the exception of Spooncurve's of course, but then that isn't released until early next year.}

Radiohead-in rainbows

I'm not a "true" Radiohead fan...I have all their albums, but as my favourite previous album is KID A, I'm a little different to the "true" fan, who seems to want them to replicate THE BENDS on every release.

That said, this album feels less conceptual than others, and sounds more like a collection of ideas than an album...but in places it's beautiful, an utter triumph.
